1. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 These Maze Spin: Puzzle Adventure Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the developer of this game (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or the "Developer") regarding the download, installation, and use of Maze Spin: Puzzle Adventure (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") and related services.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or launching the Game through application distribution platforms (including but not limited to Apple App Store or Google Play), you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the Game. If platform rules or applicable laws require confirmation of updated terms before continued use, you must complete such confirmation as required; otherwise, you may not be able to continue using the Game.
1.4 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication in the Game or on the official website. You are encouraged to review the latest version regularly.
1.5 We reserve the right, based on operational needs, to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Game services at any time. We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game without prior notice.
2. Access and Use of Services
2.1 You are responsible for all network communication costs and device expenses incurred when accessing or using the Game.
2.2 By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must use the Game only after your legal guardian has read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
2.3 Any risks arising from downloading, installing, or using the Game shall be borne by you.
3. Account and Data Management
3.1 The Game is a casual game that does not require account registration to play.
3.2 Most game data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear cache data, or switch devices, your game progress may be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be responsible for such losses.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS Only)
You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is operated independently by Apple, and data management is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and policies.
4. Fees and Virtual Items
4.1 In-game virtual currency (such as coins or gems) may only be obtained through official channels. We reserve the right to remove any virtual currency or items obtained through unauthorized, illegal, or improper means without prior notice.
4.2 Virtual currencies and items are for use within the Game only and may not be exchanged for real-world currency, physical goods, transferred, or traded.
4.3 We reserve the right to adjust the types, pricing, or functions of virtual currency or virtual items after providing reasonable notice.
5. User Conduct
5.1 While using the Game, your actions and any content you generate must not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of any third party and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to follow generally accepted standards of conduct and community rules. If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to restricting or banning your access to the Game.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the use of hacks, exploitation of bugs, interference with service operation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, artwork, character designs, and interface layouts) belong to the Developer. Without our prior written permission, no individual or organization may copy, distribute, or use them in any form.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party service issues, or improper use of the Game by you.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Assignment
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to affiliates or acquiring entities without your consent. You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
